INSTRUCTIONS ON PLEAD & PAY

YOU CAN PAY ANYTIME ONLINE BEFORE YOUR COURT DATE

Your failure to appear in court on your court date, or otherwise respond to the ticket as directed, may result in the suspension of your drivers license and could result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.

HOW MUCH IS THE TICKET?

See #1 below for instructions on finding your ticket online or you can go to  Case.net - Missouri Courts and enter your name in search

WHEN IS IT DUE?

On or before your court date listed on your ticket.

WHAT IF MY TICKET DOESN’T APPEAR ONLINE?

Continue to check  Case.net - Missouri Courts. It can take 10 or more days for the tickets to be available

online and in the courts. Please wait at least 10 days from the date of issuance to look online or contacting the court.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Plead not Guilty: YOU MUST APPEAR IN COURT on your court date listed on your ticket.

Plead Guilty: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT If you pay your ticket before your court date:

1. Online at Case.net - Missouri Courts

• Case number: Enter your ticket number
• Click on find
• Click on Plead and Pay (amount due will appear)
• Click on Continue to Plead and follow the instructions
• If you have been issued more then one ticket, you must repeat this process for each ticket.

1. MAIL in a Money Order

• To determine the amount due by following steps above
• MAIL TO: PEVELY MUNICIPAL DIVISION COURT

                                   401 MAIN STREET

• INCLUDE TICKET in envelope with payment

1. IN PERSON

• At the Court Clerks office at City of Pevely
