Administration

Our Administration department is made up of the City Administrator, City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk, and Administrative Assistant. This department handles everything from everyday phone calls, various registrations, city licenses, records requests, accounts payable, bids, and much more. The Administration department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

We are looking for volunteers to sit on our Park Board and Steering Committee. If you own a business in Pevely or are a resident of Pevely and are interested, please reach out to Andy Hixson, City Administrator at 636-475-4452 ext 103!

At our 2023 Employee Holiday Party, we announced the winner of our Employee of the Year contest. Each City of Pevely employee nominated one of their peers as Employee of the Year and briefly described why they chose that person.
