THE NEW CITY HALL AND POLICE STATION CONSTRUCTION

Construction of the new Pevely City Hall and Police Station is underway.  Located at the east end of Main Street,  the 20,826 square foot building will house administration, utility billing, the court, police dispatch, holding cell facilities, locker rooms and more.

Brockmiller Construction Company of Farmington , Missouri , was awarded the contract at a price of $2,760,984.  Construction of the building will be completed in May of 2008 with offices opening in July 2008.

Thank you to the many Pevely residents for making this construction possible through public meetings, campaigning, hosting an open house, and for passing a sales tax to pay for the new facility.

 

Brockmiller Construction Company started constructing the new building in the fall of 2007.

This photo was taken March 14, 2008. The brick exterior of the building is starting to go up.
