The City of Pevely, Missouri, is a strong, vibrant community of over 4,000 residents located along Interstate 55 and U.S. Highway 61/67 immediately south of St. Louis. The community, which sits between the Mississippi River on the east and rich farmland to the west, has a long, proud, and colorful past. The area was settled in 1799, incorporated in 1910, and present day Pevely became a city in 1953. Pevely is home to a proud group of residents, family owned businesses, and is the industrial hub of Jefferson County.  The Pevely of today remains dedicated to maintaining its traditional core values of family first and hard work, and of fostering a positive atmosphere for modern family living.
