Pursuant to the Missouri State Statue 479.050, Rule 37.49 of the Supreme Court Rules of the State of Missouri and Section 300.010 of the Code of the City of Pevely, the undersigned Municipal Judge of the City of Pevely hereby orders that the following designated offenses shall be payable to the Pevely Municipal Court. In other cases, no court appearance is necessary.
Any violation resulting in personal injury, property damage or involving an accident may not be paid through the violation bureau.
